The Resurgence PPG Team

Meet the Board of Directors
Picture

Todd Scandrett
Founder and President

Todd is the Founder and President of Resurgence PPG.  He is a retired Army Major who was medically retired with a 100% disability rating after serving 18 years in the Army and Army Reserve.  The majority of Todd's career was focused within the training and training development arenas. The highlight of his career was his deployment  in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Todd served as a Military Transition Team Operations Adviser, supporting the Advise and Assist initiative with the Iraqi Army.  Post deployment found Todd serving as a mobilization training liaison officer at Ft. Dix, NJ and ultimately as a BN Executive Officer at Ft. Jackson, SC.
Todd was medically retired in 2013 due to illness and complications from his deployment in Iraq.
Todd's desires and passion for personal flight led him to discover powered paragliding.  As he researched the various means to enter the aviation sports, he found that there was very little in the way of adaptive sport programs that support our nations disabled, wounded, and ill service members through personal flight.  Todd made it his goal to provide an outlet that would provide access to the most affordable form of personal aviation to our nations heroes.

Todd currently lives in the Charlotte, NC area with his girlfriend.
