2024 Campaign Nomination Form
Resurgence PPG is always looking for program candidates and nominees. Please, if you know of a disabled veteran or service member who could benefit from an exciting adaptive sports experience, please fill out a nomination form. Our primary scholarship program consists of tuition, travel, lodging and per diem to a partnered paramotor training school, in order for the selected candidate to have an amazing experience with zero cost to them. Please help us share this amazing experience with other veterans today.
Due to overwhelming response, we can not guarantee that a nomination will mean selection for program sponsorship. This application is for the 2024 calendar year. We have moved to an annual nomination process to alleviate discrepancies with older wait lists and community needs. We wish you the best of luck and hope to see you in the sky this year.
